Children:
For the safety and comfort of all our guests, all children MUST be supervised at all times and behave appropriately during their visit. If a child becomes disruptive or poses a safety concern, we may ask that they be removed from the salon. We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain a safe and relaxing environment for everyone.
Children 12 years and under MUST have permissions from parent or guardian before artificial nails can be applied.
Cellphones & Conversations:
All cellphones should remain silent and conversations limited while in service areas. We ask that all guests keep their voice levels to a minimum as we have created a serene and relaxing atmosphere.
Service Warranty:
Dip, Gel Builder, Tap Gel, Acrylic, Gel X guarantee covers any issues for 5 days and 3 days for gel polishes on natural nails (no guarantee is applied for regular polishes). Any concerns or complaints MUST be reported within the grace period of your service.
Please dry regular polish completely, we’re not responsible for any repolish once you leave the salon.
Group parties:
To ensure the best experience for all guests and maintain the flow of our appointment schedule, all group party members must arrive on time and together. Please keep staff informed in the event any individual(s) in the group arrive later, delays may occur due to scheduling constraints.
Late Appointments:
Please arrive at least 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late to your appointment, your technicians may return to the salon’s rotation and take the next available guests.
We will do our best to accommodate you as soon as possible, but your wait time may be extended or your appointment may need to be rescheduled with the same technicians.
Cancellations:
At this time, we do not require any cancellation fee. We kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations and rescheduling. No shows will be permanently blocked from online booking.
We value your time and ours, and this policy helps us serve all guests efficiently. Thank you for your understanding.
Allergic reactions:
If you have any pre-existing medical conditions such as latex gloves, diabetes, open cuts/ wounds, fungal nail infection, allergies, etc., we request that you inform us prior to any services.
This is to ensure whether or not service can be safely performed.
Callus Treatment:
At our salon, client safety and satisfaction are our top priorities. Our callus treatment policy ensures that all treatments are performed safely, hygienically and in accordance with industry best practices.
Callus treatments are only provided to clients without open wounds, infections, or severe skin conditions on their feet. Clients with diabetes, circulatory issues, or other medical conditions that affect the feet may require a doctor’s note or maybe advised to consult a podiatrist before treatment.
For clients with thick hard skin or deeper calluses, achieving smooth, healthy heels may require more than one session. We may recommend a series of pedicures or maintenance treatments for optimal, long lasting results.
Waxing:
Extra guests are not allowed in room unless they’re being serviced. Please inform staff of any sensitivities, skin and medical conditions you may have prior to your service.
Refunds:
All products and services are non-refundable. In the event you are not satisfied with your service, please notify staff immediately before you pay. We will do our best to address the issues accordingly to ensure your satisfaction.
Any change in designs or colors after you leave the salon will require the price of service needed.
All designs and nail art will be charged according to the complexity. The price quoted for nail designs is only an estimate. Final costs will be confirmed before the service begins.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason. Our primary goal is to provide a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all guests and staff.
Alcohol Beverages:
A driver license or other official state issued photo ID with proof of age is required. No one under the legal age of 21 is permitted to purchase or consume any alcoholic beverages.
Our salon is licensed to serve alcohol. Alcoholic beverages are available for purchase. No outside alcohol is allowed. Please drink responsibly. Alcohol will not be served if there are signs of intoxication.
